WHO ARE WE ?

"Les Regards de l'ICART" is an international short film Competition organized by a team of students in their 5th year at ICART. (School of Cultural Mediation and Art Market).

The aim of this competition is to discover emergent talents and of tomorrow’s by awarding the creations of young directors.
